What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit/debt cards using our safe and secure processor. Please note, some cads might not work. This isn’t our fault, we would love to run your cards 100% of the time. The problem usually lies with YOUR issuing bank. If this is happening to you, Reach out by email and we can get it more permanently fixed.
Paynote– Here you can pay using ACH. This is a direct debit from your account. This is done from Plaid, you will need a ID and set up a free acount.
MAX REDEMPTION is a secure payment option that accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover up to $1,800. New MAX REDEMPTION users will be prompted to create a new account during this process. There is a small fee added when using MAX REDEMPTION. Pay safely and securely with MAX REDEMPTION! This for your security and ours as you will need a valid U.S identity and it will also verify your age is at least 18, and confirm a payment method that all match to use the system. Don’t worry if you are you it will go smooth 99 times out of 100.

Our products are research chemicals which are for professional research purposes only and therefore by law we cannot answer any questions regarding human or animal usage. Please follow all local state and federal regulations regarding the use of research chemicals.
Non constituted product can be stored in a cool dark place, but its recommended that they be stored between 36-46 F. This will help protect the peptides from breaking down.
Constituted however Peptides are very fragile. It is recommended that once its reconstituted for your research, the whole vial be used in the same sitting. However some researchers store them up to 4 weeks away from light, chilled to 38-40 F, and have reported successful protection.
- Geographic Limitations: We only ship within the USA. No Exceptions.
- Damaged Packages: This is super rare due to our packaging. Please let us know at sales@trupeptides.com and take photos before opening the box.
- Turnaround Time from Tru Peptides (ship out date): Once your order is processed it will ship in 1-7 business days, is our promise. 1 day is typical, and no out of stock situation should take more then 7 days. On most days if you have the order paid by 2:00 pm PST your order will ship the same day. Longer then same days ship times happen due to instances of unusually high days of sales, supplier out of stocks, or simply when multiple customers are checking out large volumes simultaneously and one beats the other by a few minutes. In some instances we will reach out to you with options such as over night shipping if you are in a hurry.
- You also need to know we are likely to fulfill several small orders before filling larger orders. So if you are ordering 10 to 20 of any item, then it becomes more probable that our shipping dates average will be closer to 2 to 3 days. Those shipments normally go out same day as well. This policy insures that we all get the freshest product possible!
- Total Delivery Times? Disclaimer: Our business days are Monday-Friday. You understand that once your order leaves our facility, we cannot control the transit times. The estimates given for priority and priority express by USPS shipping are only estimates. These shipping services provide no guarantee for an exact arrival time. To file complaints about transit times please visit your shipping carrier’s website (usps or ups).
- Do you offer Overnight shipping? Yes please email us first at sales@truepeptides.com
- Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Yes with an extra fee by the carrier. Details: Choose USPS first class and priority shipping services as they will deliver to P.O. boxes. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. HOWEVER, remember that our product doesn’t contain additives, so it is storage in the freezer. We ship it packed with ice packs to keep it cold. So don’t allow product to sit for to long after delivery.
- Package Signatures: You do not need to sign for the package in most cases, please leave instructions in the notes field on your order.
- Stolen Packages: When packages are delivered we are notified, and most delivery services take photos. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Before reporting it stolen, If you do not receive a package, please consider first…
- checking with your neighbors, friends and family members. Check all entrances to your home. Carriers can drop packages off at the wrong address. In almost every situation the post office or UPS is able to locate the package when you follow the proper steps to notify them of an issue. - Then visit your local post office with your tracking number. Ask to speak to the Supervisor or Post Master, give them your tracking number and explain that you would like the carrier on the route to search the route for your package. - If the package has been mis-delivered, it usually takes 5-7 days to be redelivered. If the Post Master indicates that he/she cannot locate your package, please email the formal response to the service request you filed to sales@trupeptides.com.

Is there any guaranty on the product?
We guarantee all our Lyophilized product with a 30 day (from time of delivery) money back guarantee. This guarantee only covers unopened product. Once the product has had the lid cap seal opened we can not do a return. For all other unopened product we will give a refund minus the fees and and any shipping costs. We will need documentation that validates why you are asking for a refund. Product must be in the original container, must not be open or altered in anyway. We will process these case by case and determine if its a legitimate reason for a return and refund. Buyer pays for reshipping, and refund will be refunded once we receive the product back and our team inspects the return to make sure it was returned in the condition as explained above.
After determination that the return passes our policy, refunds will be given, minus the fees associated with the original transaction. The fees are the shipping costs and if applicable, restocking fee.
